Iggy Azalea and Nick Young Split

Some might say it’s been a long time coming but it’s finally safe to say enough is enough for Iggy Azalea as she gives Nick Young the boot.

Rumours first began when it surfaced that her former fiancé had cheated on her earlier this year and there was issues of trust. News of the cheating scandal broke back in March when a video tape was leaked online of Nick telling his Lakers teammate D’Angelo Russell that he’d been unfaithful with a teenager. Fast forward a few months and the hitmaker finally decided to call it quits and end things for good with her NBA player calling off their engagement.

Iggy confessed her true feelings through an Instagram post as she addressed fans on her current relationship status saying “Unfortunately, although I love Nick and have tried and tried to rebuild my trust in him, it’s become apparent in the last few weeks I am unable to. I genuinely wish Nick the best. It’s never easy to part ways with the person you planned your entire future with, but futures can be rewritten and as of today mine is a blank page.”

A few minutes later Nick confirmed the news by simply writing on his Twitter account “Single.”

Boity Thulo is all set to Become a Sangoma

We can officially confirm without doubt that Boity Thulo is all set to become a Sangoma. Boity Thulo herself, for the first time, openly confirmed that she is a traditional healer and shared a pic on social media.

The TV star opened up saying she simply answered her ancestral calling to officially become a sangoma and later shared a picture of herself dressed in traditional attire in a rural setting. Reports that Boity had undergone training first started to grace the papers after Sunday World revealed that she was spotted wearing sangoma beads at the recent SAMAs. At the time Boity confirmed that she had completed her training but was shy to reveal any further details around it, explaining that it was a personal matter and all would be revealed soon. Now the former TV star turned traditional healer has confirmed the news.

“They Called. I Answered. The Proudest, most Incredible day of my life. A Beautiful Gift that I will never take for granted,” Boity said.

Thousands of people have reacted to the news ranging from positive comments with well wishes to negative rants turned into social media warfare. Boity just chose to ignore the negative comments and focused on the positive, thanking fans for the love and support throughout her spiritual journey.

Did Taylor Swift Approve the Kanye West Song? Perhaps so…

Well if a legal letter is anything to go by it seems that Taylor Swift did indeed approve the lyrics for Kanye West’s song ‘Famous’. This is according to a legal letter in which Taylor’s lawyers demand that a tape of a certain little phone call be destroyed…

Kanye debuted the song, in which he joked about sleeping with Taylor and calls her a b**ch prompting Swift’s representative to blast his choice of lyrics. Kanye shot back and revealed that Taylor was aware of the song and had given him the OK to reference her, but the pop star’s reps insisted that was not the case.

Who are we to believe?

Meanwhile Kanye West’s wife Kim revealed all in a recent GQ interview alleging that Taylor “totally knew” about the song, and that a tape of the phone call in which she agreed to the track being released exists.

Britain’s The Sun newspaper now claims it has seen a legal letter sent by Taylor’s lawyers, in which they are said to demand that the tape of the conversation should be destroyed. Following Kim’s chat with GQ, Taylor’s representatives released a statement in which they accused the reality star of being “incorrect” in her claims

However, they did say in a statement: “Taylor has never denied that conversation took place. It was on that phone call that Kanye West also asked her to release the song on her Twitter account, which she declined to do. Kanye West never told Taylor he was going to use the term ‘that b**ch’ in referencing her. A song cannot be approved if it was never heard.
