Combining Tumi’s smart detailing and lightweight designs with Anna Sui’s colorful floral print, the collection delivers a diverse assortment of travel and lifestyle accessories that are both playful and practical. The brightly colored floral pattern blends effortlessly with Tumi’s seasonal spring color palette of Raspberry and Pansy hues. Adding a touch of whimsy, charm-like branded hardware, contrasted interior striped lining and miniature flower appliqué details capture the lighthearted spirit of the world of Anna Sui.
For travel, options include the lightweight Voyageur Super Leger International Carry-On and sleek hard-sided Vapor cases. The classic Voyageur Weekender, equipped with an Add-a-Bag sleeve, provides the traveler with an extra hand when navigating through the airport. A versatile bag designed for the woman on-the-go, the best-selling Quintessential Tote provides endless use for stashing in everyday necessities. To complete the travel set, small accessories including travel pouches, shoe bags and jewelry cases get noticed with this floral design. Mobile accessories round up the assortment, adding a pop of print to iPhone, iPad and Kindle cases and carriers.

Check out this Q & A with Anna below:
1. When traveling, what is your go-to bag?
I always pack too much, so my go-to bag is large, one that I can check-in. I like a suitcase that has a hard shell that is not too heavy. This way you can protect all those treasures you have bought without worry.
2. What is your favorite destination?
Going to Rajasthan, India was a great escape! It’s another world. Exotic and surprising experiences and visuals that you have never seen before! That’s the best way to escape.
3. What items do you always carry around in your Tumi?
Magazines, a good book, earphones, a wool shawl, the No.400 red lipstick from my beauty line.
4. Why is Tumi the perfect traveling companion?
Because their suitcases are so functional, every detail is so well thought-out.
5. What is your top travel tip?
To avoid jetlag, force yourself stay awake until midnight. That is the quickest, most painless way to accustom you to a new time zone.
6. Which countries have inspired you the most as a designer?
America…California, folk art Americana, the 1960s.
England…Portobello Market Flea Market, punk rock, Carnaby Street.
France…Marcel Proust, Max Ophüls, Émile Zola
Mexico…the color, the folk costume, the daily markets
Scandinavia…the freshness, the sunlight, Marimekko
7. What destinations are you on your travel wish list?
Africa, Poland, Uzbekistan, and parts of China I haven’t seen yet.
8. What was the inspiration behind the print used in the collection?
The theme of my Spring 2009 fashion show was summer vacations to warm-weather holiday locations; Mexico, Egypt, Spain. The print was the perfect personification of the spirit; pretty, sunny and optimistic.
9. What’s your Favorite hotel?
Il San Pietro in Positano, Italy. This architectural wonder overlooking the Bay of Naples appears to have been carved out of the jagged cliffs of the Amalfi coastline. From its beautiful terraces and gardens, you take an elevator that transports you down to the beach.
