The concerts exceeded all expectations and reached in excess of 20 000 fans across all 3 cities successful tour. Steve Aoki, most famous for his high-energy performances and crazy stunts, didn’t disappoint, crowd surfing in his rubber duck and caking the entire front row of the CT, DBN and JHB shows. Nicky Romero, MTV’s artist to watch for 2012, played a mind-blowing set in CT and JHB, in both cities building the energy up to a frenzied 140bpm before handing over to Aoki.   Line-ups further included top local artists such as Haezer (who is signed to Aoki’s label Dim Mak), Pascal and Pearce, Niskerone, Dean Fuel, Goldfish and many more.

Electric is riding a wave of success following from the Deadmau5, Bingo Players and Avicii SA Tours in 2011 and the beginning of 2012 respectively; they’re touring Swedish House Mafia next and Skrillex straight after that.
