Following the success of last year’s event, which was the champagne brand’s first foray into African polo, the 2012 Veuve Clicquot Masters once again proved to be one of the top events on the South African social calendar.
Elizabeth Arden treated female guests to an exclusive Pamper Lounge, where girls could enjoy mini makeovers, Eight Hour hand massages and experience the latest Elizabeth Arden products. The event’s official fashion partners, Viyella (menswear) and Jenni Button (womens wear) presented a dramatic fashion show on the polo field, with models showcasing their latest collections.
With over 700 celebrities, socialites and polo lovers in attendance including Jeannie D, Jo-Ann Strauss, Roxy Louw, Ryan Botha, Natalie Becker and Elana Africa, the Veuve Clicquot Masters event truly has set a new polo benchmark in South Africa.
