Every year, the must see summer fashion event promises to be one of the most anticipated summer events of the year. This year was no different, and it saw the proverbial ‘who’s who’ of the South African celebrity and fashion scene were there to officially welcome in the summer.

The show took place at the statuesque One and Only hotel in the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town and showcased the season’s hippest styles, and included a special edition range created by leading South African swimsuit and accessory designer, Ruby, made exclusively for Kellogg’s Special K. Featuring a vintage theme intertwined with classic and nautical style bikinis, Ruby’s designs lit up the catwalk. The real showstopper of the evening however, was the gorgeous South African soccer star Ryan Botha in his Special K by Ruby briefs accompanied by the gorgeous Tracy McGregor in a pair of custom-made, Special K ‘wings’.
