A man with a serious passion for food, Head Chef Daniel explained the new menu to the gathered guests offering information on tasters including Thai Green chicken Curry, Gorgonzola Fillet, and Biltong Crunch Salad – a favourite among the attendees.
Mike Lambert, Three Cities CEO, took the stage and spoke of his rise up the hospitality ladder before passing the spotlight to Freddy Singh, General Manager of DISH. Once the guests had gathered, East Coast Radio’s Ravi R took the microphone and welcomed everyone to an evening of culinary decadence.
